Free Message Boards

Message Boards are a good way to get visitors to come back to your web site. They make your site more interactive.

  • New(4-10-00) BoardHost - BoardHost seems like a modified version of WWWBoard, but this board is not very customizable. However, the load time of the pages is excellant.
  • New(4-10-00) ForumsGalore.com - Many interesting features by ForumsGalore, including the ability to show posters' ICQ status. Admins also have the power to ban troublsome IPs, or password protect the entire message board.

  • New(4-09-00) Hosted Scripts - A message board that is very customizable. They serve over 33,000 users, so reliability shouldn't be a problem.

  • Beseen BoardRoom - Customizable message board for your web site. You can change the color of the text and background to fit your web site. [Example] note: this is not our message board.
  • Bruin Net Forums - This forum is not customizable at all. They also add a Link Exchange banner to the bottom of each message board.
  • CGI For Me - This message board is completely customizable, and you get to chose your username instead of being assigned a number like some other free message boards. [Example] Note: this is cgi-for-me's tech service message board, please no "test" posts.
  • Casual Forums - This message board seems ugly to me, you can view it for yourself here.
  • Dacshboard - Plain message board with no special things.
  • Delphi Forums - Delphi offers a nice forum. Very organized, but can seem a little crowded on the screen. Visit the site to see an example. Currently Delphi has over 70,000 message boards online.
  • Everyone.net - A new service that provides message boards. These message boards are clean and organized, but don't look like they are customizable.
  • EZBoard - This message board has some nice features as required registration, and some nice customizable things.
  • InsideTheWeb.Com - Message board that is very customizable. They add 2 advertisements and one linkexchange banner.

  • MessageZone - MessageZone adds a linkexchange banner to everypage. [Example] Note: this is not our message board, please no "test" messages
  • Server.com - Server.com seemed fast when we accessed it. The message board seems a little plain though.
  • StarForums - Another message board. They place a linkexchange banner on your page
